1. Shipping Within India
Akshara Designer ships to all PIN codes across India, partnering with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone with the reason and expected dispatch time.
3. Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–3 business days from dispatch.
Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport issues, operational delays).
4. Shipping Charges – India
Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
5. International Shipping
Delivery time: 5–10 business days from order date.
Shipping charges are based on order weight and calculated automatically at Checkout.
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Note:Custom duties, import taxes, or local sales taxes are the customer’s responsibility as per their country’s regulations.
If customs duties are not paid and the order is returned, we are unable to refund international shipping charges and may deduct return shipping costs from your refund.
