1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on sarees within 4 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The saree must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- The product should be neatly packed, just as it was received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as we do not offer pickup services.
- The return shipment must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges will be processed based on stock availability once the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Return & Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged or defective items, under these conditions:
- A clear video showing the package being opened (from start to finish) must be submitted as proof.
- The product must be returned in the same unused condition as received.
- Return shipment should be sent within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
- Inspection of the returned item will be completed within 3–5 working days after receipt.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of fabric
- Color differences due to lighting/screen
- Minor irregularities inherent to handloom or handcrafted items
- Customized or personalized products
