4. Product Warranty and Liability
Akshara Designer ensures strict quality checks before dispatch. For damaged products, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos to receive a replacement (subject to availability).
Our liability is limited to the product value. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages or shipping delays caused by external factors.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Missed Deliveries
Up to 3 delivery attempts are made. Returned orders can be re-shipped for a charge of ₹250.
For COD orders, re-shipping will happen after the total amount and re-shipping fee are paid online.
